Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Custom orders are processed in 7-9 business days. 

Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50 in the United States. Please keep in mind that shipping and delivery may be slightly delayed due to COVID-19. Approximate shipping time for United States orders is 5 to 8 days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local UPS. 

Lost/Stolen Package(s): Please make sure to submit the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.  Once your package(s) leave our warehouse we are no longer responsible for them. However, we will do our best to help you locate your package(s) since every order comes with a tracking number. If your package says delivered and you have not received it, you can contact UPS to file a claim.
